MacHouse Support

Last updated: July 27, 2010

  • If you have trouble validating your software license, please read inside the box below this one.

  • For how-to questions involving applications that MacHouse has developed and distributed, please go to MacHouse Forums.
  • If you have questions about software/hardware products that we did NOT develop, it's not us that you should contact.

If you are unable to validate your software license for the application you have purchased from MacHouse, first, please

  • read the README file (under software installation) found in the package you have downloaded
  • read the e-mail message titled XXX License carefully where XXX is the name of the software application you've purchased

before submitting a ticket.  Unfortunately, we don't know the name of the current user on your computer just as you don't know the name of the current user on my daughter's computer.  So if you report a wrong one, we generate an invalid license signature accordingly.  If you don't know what the current user is, please download this simple application.

We read every ticket.  But we do not reply to tickets that have been opened invalidly.  Please also note that this support system will not alert us when you post a reply.  We will only be alerted when you open a new ticket.

If you wish to submit a new support request, please provide as much detail as possible so that we can assist you efficiently.  To update a previously submitted ticket, please use the form to the right.  A valid email address is required.

After opening a ticket, please check your e-mail to make sure you have received a return ticket.  It will be a good idea to click on the link in the message to maks sure that you have no trouble logging in.  If you don't hear from us within 16 hours, please assume that you have been ignored.
