June 7, 2008 - Note that video tutorials are no longer available to guests. There is nothing more that we can do to get people to participate. Don't waste your time writing and telling us which video tutorial you want to watch without contributing the development of our websites.
This Support Desk system is not designed in such a way that we answer questions concerning particular applications or how-to questions for products we didn't develop. It's primarily designed to help those who encounter problems at our website. If you have how-to questions, you are advised to go to MacHouse Forums.

If you wish to submit a new support request, please provide as much detail as possible so that we can assist you efficiently. To update a previously submitted ticket, please use the form to the right. A valid email address is required.
After opening a ticket, please check your e-mail to make sure you have received a return ticket. It will be a good idea to click on the link in the message to maks sure that you have no trouble logging in. We will get back to you within 16 hours.
